Shipping Insurance Add-on. Shipping includes up to $100 in US Dollars for insurance. If you want to purchase additional insurance for up to the total purchase, the cost is $2 in US Dollars for each $100 in purchase or part of that beyond the first $100. Example: If you paid up to $200 for your purchase and you wanted to fully insure it, buy a quantity of 1 $2 dollar insurance add on. Another Example:  If you paid up to $400 for your purchase and you wanted to fully insure it, buy a quantity of 3 $2 dollar insurance add-on.
